A bereavement doula, sometimes referred to as a death doula or grief doula, is a trained professional who provides emotional, physical, and spiritual support to individuals and families experiencing the loss of a loved one. This course covers the anticipation of death of the newborn to the grieving process, ensuring that those affected are supported during this challenging time.
How to prepare the family home to be safe and efficient when baby arrives. Includes: 1. room set-ups for safety, ease of feeding and diaper changes 2. creating a safe (and still cute!) nursery 3. cleaning schedule and products that are non-toxic and helpful 4. healthy recipes for postpartum recovery
